User Data Deletion Instructions
At Dantasutra, we believe you should have complete autonomy over your personal information. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023) and the Meta Platform Data Deletion Policy, we provide clear, verifiable mechanisms to delete your data.
Both clinic users and end patients have the right to request deletion of contact info, user accounts, and credentials.
Replying STOP to any WhatsApp campaign instantly unsubscribes and erases messaging preferences.
Electronic data deletion requests are processed and verified within 48 hours with a formal confirmation ID.
